Delivery & Shipping
All orders displayed as in stock will generally be send out within 5 working days.
Please note if an object is produced for you on request or customised for you, processing times may take 2-3 weeks before it is ready to ship.
You will be contacted through email or phone ASAP and get an update.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight of total orders.
For international buyers:
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Producing on request or customised
Please note if an object is produced for you on request it could take approximatly 2-3 weeks.
Due to the handmade nature of our products there is often slight variations and the mark of the hand in each product.
We only sell products that we believe to be the highest quality.
We always suggest hand washing all ceramics purchased.
While we try to make sure that the colours of our products are displayed accurately on the website, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
Returns
If you are not happy with your object once received, please contact us by sending an email to info@martharuess.com.
We accept returns made within 8 days after delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or packaging of the same quality.
Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment. Please make sure to pack it well.
To return your product, first send an email to info@martharuess.com with your order number and request. After confirmation from us, you can send your product to the address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.
